Aunty Kathleen and Uncle Len would join us on Boxing Day for Christmas when I was a child and we would eagerly await their arrival. A special moment for Nanny and Grandad, to have their two daughters Kathleen and Connie together for the day. Another occasion we were at Whipsnade Zoo (or Woburn?) together in the car driving through the enclosure. I was sitting behind Aunty Kathleen, I tapped on her shoulder to get her attention and she screamed thinking it was one of the monkeys who was climbing over the car! We laughed frequently about that right up to the time when she started to lose her memory. Aunty Kathleen was much loved and will missed. Penny, Jack Luke and Tommy x
